China Department of Health Issues Recall for Becton, Dickinson and Company’s Syringe Tip Caps

The Chinese Department of Health has issued a recall for various lots of Becton Dickinson’s BD Oral Syringe with Tip Caps due to reports of the caps coming loose, potentially resulting in leakage of medication from the syringe.
