JACKSON HOLE, Wyo., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Zvonimir Krajcer and Dr. Gerald Dorros, world-renowned for their leadership in the field of interventional cardiology, will return to co-chair the third annual Endovascular Summit "An Interactive Course in Managing Complex Carotid Artery and other Peripheral Vascular Interventions" to be held in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on Aug. 3-4. This Continuing Medical Education (CME) program is a valuable adjunct in strengthening an endovascular practice and is co-sponsored by the Cine-Med Research Institute of Woodbury, CT, a leader in medical education programs, and the Texas Heart Institute of Houston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the toll of cardiovascular disease through innovative and progressive research, education and improved patient care.
The Endovascular Summit is a distinctive medical meeting and interactive course for physicians expanding their endovascular practice. For two days, 100 participants will explore issues related to the endovascular diagnosis and treatment of carotid and other peripheral vascular diseases. Included in the agenda will be presentations of leading-edge technical innovations and reviews of informative patient cases, with special emphasis on performing complex endovascular procedures and managing complications that may arise.
Participants will have an opportunity to share their own cases with faculty and other summit attendees. Known for its small faculty-to-attendee ratio, the Summit affords an ideal environment for dialog on current case studies and discussions on the hottest topics in endovascular medicine.
