STADA Arzneimittel AG Open to Takeovers; Plans 800 Job Cuts to Save Costs

Reuters -- German drugmaker Stada aims to take part in consolidation of the generics sector and could use acquisitions in the medium term to complement the growth it generates itself, Chief Executive Hartmut Retzlaff said.
