BioProcess Technology Consultants, Inc. Promotes Joseph Siemiatkoski To Senior Consultant

WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BioProcess Technology Consultants Inc. (BPTC), the leading provider of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls services to the global life sciences industry, announced it has promoted Joseph Siemiatkoski to the position of Senior Consultant.

In his new role, Mr. Siemiatkoski will take on the additional responsibilities of managing client engagements and supervising junior staff while continuing to provide consulting services to clients.

Prior to joining BPTC last year, Mr. Siemiatkoski served as senior director of product development at Epirus Biopharmaceuticals, responsible for process development and comparability/characterization activities for biosimilar antibodies. He also served as director of analytical and downstream process development at Percivia, where he supported CRO/CMO activities for products including vaccines, antibodies and clotting factors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Siemiatkoski held positions in process development at Biogen, Genetics Institute and Genzyme where he participated in the development and commercialization of several products.

Mr. Siemiatkoski is active in many professional groups. He is an associate director at CASSS, formerly known as the California Separation Science Society, one of the leading organizations in the bioprocess and regulatory science fields. He also serves on the organizing committee of Well Characterized Biotechnology Products (WCBP), where he leads workshops and roundtable discussions on topics at the interface of analytics and regulatory affairs.
