SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF. ¬ The American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI) Annual Meeting, to be held Nov. 2-6 in San Francisco, Calif., is the world’s leading event for clinical and research professionals. The annual meeting features cutting-edge findings in laboratory, translational, clinical histocompatibility and immunology and brings together leading immunologists, geneticists, molecular biologists, transplant physicians and surgeons, pathologists and technologists.
As a professional society involved in histocompatibility, immunogenetics and transplantation, ASHI is dedicated to advancing the science and application of histocompatibility and immunogenetics; providing a forum for the exchange of information; and advocating the highest standards of laboratory testing in the interest of optimal patient care.
ASHI’s conference will provide an opportunity for professionals dedicated to advancing the science, education and application of immunogenetics and transplant immunology to earn up to 28.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, a maximum of 27.25 American Board of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics contact hours and 4.085 continuing education credits, while staying abreast of new technologies impacting the transplant profession. Attendees will hear updates on the 15th International Histocompatibility Workshop and meet, network and share ideas with colleagues during ASHI’s Annual Banquet.
