MELBOURNE July 29 (Reuters) - Australia's competition watchdog cleared Novartis AG's (NOVN.VX) planned buyout of Alcon Laboratories (ACL.N), after Novartis agreed to sell one of Alcon's products to eye care company Bausch & Lomb in Australia.
