WALTHAM, Mass. and WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--X-BODY Biosciences and SRU Biosystems today announced a major collaborative advance in the application of the SRU BIND® label-free protein detection platform for high-throughput label-free screening of high affinity antibodies. The two companies have developed and validated a novel BIND® Biosensor design for use with the commercially available SRU BIND® Reader that results in a >200-fold increase in sensitivity over SRU’s previous sensor. The novel biosensor allows for measurement of sub-nanomolar affinity interactions in an automated microplate format.
