PRWeek -- It is always a good idea to have a prepared list of questions you can take with you to an interview. An interview is a two-way conversation and by asking smart questions you will be able to show the interviewer that you did your homework and are interested in the job. But do not ask questions that are answered on the company's Web site or that were addressed in your interview. Also do not ask questions that you are not honestly interested in since it will be obvious to the interviewer.
