Current research will remain headquartered in Iowa while executive offices are now closer to the Company’s executives in California. Additionally the Company will initiate investor outreach initiatives as Vivakor continues to execute on its business plan and develop commercialization outlets, and partners, for Vivakor technologies. Chairman Matt Nicosia added the following statement, “This move in executive offices will allow the company to attract further management and personnel needed to continue Vivakor’s business plan.
