United Treatment Centers, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent with Pump & Brush Finland Oy

ASTORIA, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - June 19, 2009) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: UTRM) announced today it has signed a letter of intent with Pump & Brush Finland Oy to form a joint venture to manufacture and sell UTRM’s Aquafree toothbrush worldwide.

Frank Ottaviani, President of United Treatment Centers, said, “We are excited about our joint venture with Pump & Brush Oy. UTRM will have exclusive rights to manufacture and sell the patented toothbrush, Patent # 5,918,955, worldwide under our Aquafree name.
