The one-hour webinar demonstrates how reliable analysis of trace elements in high matrix and spectrally rich samples, such as brines and organics, can be easily achieved using the extended features of the Thermo Scientific iCAP 6000 Series. Specific examples are used to describe the process of method creation and resolving inferences - both spectral and physical. Other considerations needed to produce precise and accurate results whilst achieving optimum productivity are also discussed. Presented by Karen Harper, applications group leader, and Matthew Cassap, application specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the webinar focuses on two applications of the instrument – brine analysis with duo view plasma, and biodiesel analysis with a radial view plasma.
A step by step guide to method development for each application, together with supporting data is provided.
