Novozymes, the world’s biggest industrial enzyme maker, said on Thursday it has identified a possible new tool to fight infections that are resistant to antibiotics.The Danish company said the scientific journal Nature will publish an article about its compound plectasin on Thursday, sending its shares more than 3 percent higher in a falling Copenhagen market.
