Johnson & Johnson Wins Appeal Over Boston Scientific Corporation Stent Patent

Jan. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Johnson & Johnson, the world’s biggest maker of medical devices, won an appeals court ruling that threw out a jury verdict that the company infringed a Boston Scientific Corp. patent for drug-coated stents.
