LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. (“Insight Imaging”) (OTCBB: ISGT) today announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to sell six imaging centers in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico, and one imaging center in California. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions. Insight Imaging expects to complete this transaction in October.
