MOUNT LAUREL, N.J., June 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MedQuist Inc. today announced the appointment of Kathleen Donovan as its new chief financial officer. She will join MedQuist on June 27. She comes to the company with a broad foundation in the financial field, including finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, control and reporting.
Donovan most recently was the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Dendrite International, where she was responsible for all aspects of financial management, control and reporting for the $400 million software and services company. Donovan has extensive experience interacting with the Board and Audit Committee, shareholders and analysts.
Prior to holding that position, Donovan was the director, Corporate Finances, for Unisys Corporation. During her 14-year career with Unisys, Donovan progressed through a variety of increasingly demanding positions that included senior-level financial roles in global business units, in both the US/Canada Division and the Pacific Asia Americas Division.
