Branford, Connecticut O,R&L Commercial is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated the sale of the former Neurogen Corporation Campus, a 153,125 sq. ft. research and development complex comprised of four buildings located at 15, 35 & 45 Northeast Industrial Road in Branford, Connecticut.
Tim McMahon and Rich Lee of O,R&L represented the Seller, Neurogen Corporation and procured the Buyer, G+L 35 NE Industrial, LLC. In a separate transaction, OR&L facilitated the sale of 45 Northeast Industrial Road, a 56,134 sq. ft. light industrial office building situated on 2.72 acres, to Northeast Industrial Six, LLC. The property will be the new home of Canusa Corporation.
O,R&L has been retained by the new owners as the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 75,000 sq. ft. of available laboratory, office and flex space at the newly branded Northeast Technology Center.
