CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 1 /PRNewswire/ --Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN announced today that it has completed a new 50,575 square foot medical office building in Flowood, Mississippi.
The University Physicians Grants Ferry medical office building hosted a ribbon cutting event yesterday. Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN owns the $14 million multi-specialty clinic which houses clinical offices and imaging services. The facility, located at 1010 Lakeland Place, will open to patients on Wednesday, July 7, 2010.
University Physicians, PLLC has a master lease for 100% of the facility with University of Mississippi Healthcare System occupying approximately 12,000 square feet for the Imaging Center. The Imaging Center offers MRI, CT scan, x-ray, ultrasound and mammography.
The facility also offers on-site laboratory services and physical therapy. Clinical services available include pediatrics, orthopedics, family medical, internal medicine, cardiology, rheumatology, ophthalmology, neurology, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, dermatology and otolaryngology.
