Gould, 56, was elected to its Board of Directors at the Company’s annual shareholders meeting on October 18, 2010. Mr. Gould is the former Chief Operating Officer of Tyco Healthcare, and his election fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Paul S. Echenberg from the Company’s Board.
