LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Actient Pharmaceuticals LLC (“Actient”), a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced today that it has acquired Timm Medical Technologies, Inc. (“Timm Medical”). Timm Medical is a recognized leader in products and services for the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders, primarily in the area of erectile dysfunction.
p> The acquisition of Timm Medical is consistent with Actient’s strategic focus in urology. Actient is now able to offer pharmaceutical, and medical device and diagnostic solutions, to the urology community.
