GREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Span-America Medical Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:SPAN) today reported net sales of $14.3 million and net income of $1.14 million, or $0.41 per diluted share, for the third quarter ended June 27, 2009. For the first nine months of fiscal 2009, Span-America reported net sales of $41.1 million and net income of $3.1 million, or $1.10 per diluted share.
