(Nasdaq:RMTI), a fully-integrated biopharmaceutical company offering innovative products and services targeting end-stage renal disease (ESRD), chronic kidney disease (CKD) and iron deficiency anemia, reported second quarter 2009 sales of $13.0 million, up 6.8% from $12.2 million in the second quarter of 2008. Loss for the second quarter 2009 was ($1.7) million or ($.12) per share compared to ($1.1) million or ($.08) per share for the second quarter of 2008.
