Oct 30 (Reuters) - Psychiatric Solutions Inc. (PSYS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said under a renegotiated deal it would buy Alternative Behavioral Services Inc. from FHC Health Systems Inc. for $210 million in cash.
