RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Owens & Minor (NYSE:OMI) today announced that its board of directors has approved the payment of the fourth quarter 2010 cash dividend in the amount of $0.177 per share. The cash dividend is payable on December 31, 2010, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2010.
