BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ:OFIX) (the Company) today announced its results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010. Total revenue was $138.9 million, an increase of 3% over the third quarter of last year. Third quarter revenue growth on a constant currency basis was 4% excluding the $1.5 million unfavorable impact of foreign currency on third quarter sales. Excluding the impact of the Company exiting its non-core vascular and anesthesia businesses adjusted revenue totaled $136.2 million which was an increase of 7% compared with adjusted revenue in the prior year.
