Wall Street Journal -- Heart-device makers St. Jude Medical Inc. (STJ) and Medtronic Inc. (MDT) confirmed Tuesday they have settled a legal dispute involving a former high-ranking St. Jude official the company claimed violated an employment-agreement clause by joining Medtronic this summer.
