Lyfetec, Inc., Formerly Tri-Star Holdings, Inc., Finalizes Plans to Begin Sales Overseas

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - March 12, 2009) - LyfeTec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TSHL) has reached a definitive agreement with an important international partner to begin product sales overseas. Additionally, LyfeTec, Inc. is in communications with two international distributors discussing purchase orders for specific screening kits including malaria, hepatitis and specific STD detection kits as a starting order. A sophisticated cell phone based software product now under development by LyfeTec and its partner will be incorporated to gather and track personal test result information -- a key component in this transaction.

LyfeTec is projecting that orders will be consummated by the end of April 2009 and delivery of product can commence by third quarter 2009.
