Two doctors have been ordered to separate themselves from the company they currently work for as part of a contract dispute with a previous employer, causing an absence at their new jobs at a time of rapid growth. Drs. James Backstrom, chief medical officer, and Randall Saylor, senior vice president, were prohibited from working for or having any kind of financial or other involvement with Foundation Radiology Group for two years, Allegheny County Common Please Court Judge Christine Ward ruled Dec. 23.
