AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. today announced that David G. Nance has resigned from the company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Mr. Nance, who had served as Introgen’s chairman, also resigned from the boards of Introgen Technical Services, Inc. (ITS), and the company’s consolidated subsidiaries, with the exception of Gendux AB. Mr. Nance will remain a director for Gendux, Introgen’s wholly-owned subsidiary based in Sweden, until further notice.
