Reuters -- Inspire Pharmaceuticals Inc posted a narrower quarterly loss, helped by lower expenses. For the first quarter, the company posted a net loss of $19.4 million, or 34 cents a share, compared to a net loss of $25.9 million, or 46 cents a share, a year ago.
