AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 2006--HealthTronics, Inc. (NASDAQ:HTRN - News) today announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer John Q. Barnidge will resign his positions effective August 10, 2006 to pursue other business interests.
