The Company will also hold a conference call on the same day at 9:00 A.M. Eastern time to discuss: (i) its Hedgehog pathway inhibitor program under collaboration with Genentech, (ii) CUDC-101, CUDC-305 and other proprietary targeted cancer programs, (iii) its financial results as of and for the three- and six-month periods ended June 30, 2009, and (iv) additional corporate activities.
