DUBLIN, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Covidien (NYSE: COV; BSX: COV) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 27, 2009, to shareholders of record on February 6, 2009.
