The world renowned awards were held at Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire and guests included various top business leaders from across Scotland. Dr Buttar now progresses to the UK finals held in London in October where 600 other business leaders will come together at the award ceremony. The overall winner then goes on to compete for the title of the World Entrepreneur of the Year in Monte Carlo.
Commenting on the accolade, Ernst & Young Awards judges stated: “Dr Rabinder Buttar stood out as a pre-eminent example of the entrepreneurial spirit and vision we looked for across the whole field of finalists”. Rabinder was characterised as “an extremely inspiring entrepreneur with boundless energy, who achieves all that she sets out to and prides herself on the fact that whilst others are cutting back, she continues to grow.”
