The Business Journal of Milwaukee -- Boston biotechnology firm Flex Biomedical Inc. will relocate to Madison with the aid of more than $800,000 in venture capital and a $150,000 loan from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce Technology Venture Fund, Gov. Jim Doyle said Wednesday.
