CHICAGO, ILLINOIS--(Marketwire - July 27, 2007) - Dr. Pressman announced today that by mutual agreement he will resign as the Executive Chairman of the Board and as a MonoGen (“Corporation”) (TSX:MOG) director immediately, and that he will resign as the Chief Scientific Officer of the Company on July 31, 2007. The Board will appoint a successor to the Chair of the Board in the near future.
