ROCKVILLE, MD-Scheer Partners and JBG Cos. are making a play for DC area life sciences real estate investment through a $100 million equity fund they have formed. With leverage the fund, called the Greater Washington Life Sciences Fund, will provide $300 million in purchasing power that will be deployed over the next three years in the greater DC area.
