This acquisition became effective January 1, 2005.
BestCare operates a regional network of more than 7,000 physicians, 130 hospitals, and 300 ancillary providers throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. Designed with the needs of employers and their employee families in mind, BestCare offers flexible networks of dedicated providers tailored to suit the needs of all employers.
Following the acquisition, BestCare’s clients will have access to Beech Street’s nationwide PPO network.
