Tokyo, June 5, 2006 (JCN) - Asahi Kasei Medical announced on June 1 that it has reached a basic agreement with Kuraray Medical to establish a 50-50 joint venture company for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes with a view to ensuring a stable supply of blood purification and dialysis devices.
