LONDON, Nov 6 (Reuters) - British biotechnology firm Ark Therapeutics (AKT.L: Quote, Profile , Research) said on Tuesday it planned to raise a net 35.4 million pounds ($73.7 million)in an underwritten placing and open offer of new shares, to help fund its drugs pipeline.
