XTend Medical Closes Acquisition of JoyFull Genius, Inc.

SUN VALLEY, CA--(Marketwire - May 22, 2012) -

XTend Medical Corporation/MultiCorp International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: XMDC), has finalized the due diligence process and closed the acquisition of JoyFull Genius, Inc.

JoyFull Genius, Inc. will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of XTend/MultiCorp operating under the entertainment division of the company. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Bob Conti will remain President.
