Accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP has resigned as the independent registered accounting firm for medical device and regenerative medicine company Cesca Therapeutics Inc.
Rancho Cordova-based Cesca (Nasdaq: KOOL) announced the move Tuesday.
Cesca will be seeking a new accounting firm, and it has authorized Ernst & Young to respond to any inquiries from the new firm.
