NEW YORK, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Siemens announced today that Eric Spiegel has been named president and CEO of Siemens Corporation. Spiegel, an influential international management consultant and energy expert, starts the position on January 18.
Spiegel was previously Senior Vice President and Senior Partner at Booz & Co. and brings more than 25 years of experience in key energy, manufacturing and utility industries. He is co-author of the book, "Energy Shift: Game-changing Options for Fueling the Future," and is a well-known thought leader and advisor in the energy sector.
