December 2, 2008 -- St. George, Utah, USA and Beijing, CHINA -- The joint FAO/IAEA Division research coordination meeting on The Early and Rapid Diagnosis of Emerging Diseases was held in Beijing, China from November 24-28, 2008. Delegates representing twelve nations attended at the invitation of Dr. John Crowther, Ph.D., who coordinated the meeting for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA).
