FDA is advising healthcare organizations nationwide to verify their medical equipment has been approved for use, according to a Central News Agency report. The advisory statement was issued after prosecutors seized thousands of items from a China-based company that reportedly manufactured and distributed unlicensed fake plates and screws under the name of a U.S. medical device manufacturer.
