Feb 5 (Reuters) - Medical-device maker Conmed Corp posted a better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit, a month after it had cut its outlook for the same period, helped in part by higher sales of its single-use products, and forecast first-quarter revenue below analysts' estimates.
