Arpida Ltd. (SWX: ARPN) announced today that its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders has approved all proposals put to it by the Board of Directors. A total of 29 shareholders were present at the meeting that took place in Basel today, representing 6,635,057 shares, or 40.53% of the total number of shares issued (16,371,959).
