Gather -- There is always some apprehension concerning every job interview, and an applicant that knows the appropriate questions to ask in a job interview not only comes off to the interviewer as more prepared but improves the chances of a job offer greatly. Asking appropriate questions in a job interview is basically nothing more than showing a prospective employer that you are reasonably intelligent and have an interest in the job that is open. Narcissistic questions or those that are of a negative nature have no place in a job interview and should be avoided at all costs - remember that as an applicant you are attempting to display the positive attitude of a team player by contributing appropriate questions in the job interview conversation.
