EXTON, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Absorption Systems LP today announced that it has broadened its operations in Japan. The firm, which works with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to design, conduct and interpret the results of tests that predict the way the body will handle a drug, has partnered with Northern Science Consulting, Inc., to increase Absorption Systems’ presence in the Japanese life sciences industry. Absorption Systems has worked with more than 20 Japanese pharmaceutical companies and can now more readily collaborate with more of them to understand the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion, or ADME properties, of small molecules.
