The common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on August 3, 2010 under the trading symbol “TSRX.” Trius has granted the underwriters a 45 day option to purchase up to 750,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
