The Spectranetics Corp., a Colorado Springs company that makes medical lasers, is hoping to raise $85.5 million through a stock offering. The company (Nasdaq: SPNC) announced Friday it’s priced a previously announced public offering of 4.75 million shares at $18 a share. Spectranetics stock closed at $18.29 Thursday. The company last month filed a shelf registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission, paving the way for it to issue debt, stock or other securities within the next three years.
